The forward plan provides information about all of the decisions that the Council has scheduled.

A formal agenda with reports and supporting documents for each meeting will be published on our website at least five working days before the date of a meeting. Warwickshire County Council propose to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

the effect of which will be to vary the existing The Warwickshire County Council (Borough of North Warwickshire) (Waiting Restrictions and On-Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2017,

described (by approximate measures) in the Schedule below.

Exceptions to any waiting restrictions described in the Schedule below will permit waiting for the purposes of picking up and setting down passengers,

loading and unloading goods, for vehicles displaying a disabled person's badge and in connection with the maintenance of the road and the supply of gas, water or electricity.

Church Close, Hartshill – No Waiting At Any Time

 

  1. North side, from the south-east building line of house No.23, in a generally south-easterly direction for the remainder of its length, to include the full extents of the turning head

     

  2. South side, from a point 98 metres from its junction with Church Road, south-eastwards for the remainder of its length

     

  3. North side, from its junction with Church Road, eastwards for 10 metres

     

  4. South side, from its junction with Church Road, eastwards for 10 metres

 

Church Road, Hartshill – No Waiting At Any Time

 

  1. East side, from its junction with Church Close, northwards for 8 metres
